Amy Kaunas

Amy received her Bachler of Science degree in Behavioral Science from Penn State University and her Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. She has practiced law and advised governmental agencies, private firms and nonprofit organizations for over 20 years in addition to serving in a leadership capacity within nonprofit organizations and boards of directors observing a Servant Leadership model.

She has also served in a leadership capacity within nonprofit organizations and boards of directors following the Servant Leadership model while guiding operations, program development, culture development, budget preparation, fiscal planning, donor development, capital campaign management, public relations and marketing efforts, regulatory compliance, and the overall execution of an organizations strategic plan. Additionally, Amy has assisted with corporate documents and policies, responses to federal regulators, negotiating merger documents, sales and purchase agreements, and public and private stock offerings. Conducted board presentations, marketing seminars, and strategic planning sessions on a variety of topics.
